Carinn x Invisalign: Testing out iTero Element (Invisalign Readjustment)

Hey guys! Many of you have been asking about my Invisalign updates and I'm finally here to share some. For one, I was on my 40th pair of aligner (out of a total of 55) when my dentist, Dr Tiew, asked me to drop by his clinic to test out this new machine called iTero Element. iTero will help us to determine if I need to do some readjustments.

I used to be quite against wearing colour lenses back when I was a teenager. I thought it made you look like an alien or "ahlian" 😅 It wasn't until I got into the beauty scene that I realise how important colour lenses are and that they are able to change up or elevate your look just by changing your eye colour slightly. To be fair, lenses these days are MUCH nicer than 10 years ago and look more natural with the right make up. I've seen this brand Barbie Eyesland around for quite some time now and now I've the chance to finally try their lenses out!

In the blink of an eye, I'm reaching the end of my Invisalign journey soon (10 more pairs to go!). Now, while it's much much more convenient than traditional braces, it's not all roses because this is still a teeth-straightening process after all. When I first started my Invisalign journey, I was mostly in the dark because I didn't know if what I'm doing is right and no one else around me had done this treatment before. Thankfully, my dentist and clinic was just a phone call away if I ever needed help or was unclear about something. Therefore, my top tip is to go to a clinic that has experience in providing Invisalign treatments so that you're ensured of the best care and treatment!
